How the Licensing Works

• The software is licensed on a per-machine basis. Each license is valid for one computer only (desktop or laptop).
• If you intend to use the software on more than one machine, a separate license must be purchased for each device.
• The license is issued for the specific machine on which the software is installed. Please ensure that the software is installed on the machine intended for use with DirectPay.

No Refund Policy

Once a license has been issued and sent via email, refunds cannot be provided. Please ensure that you select the correct machine before submitting your company details, as licenses are machine-specific and cannot be reused or transferred.
