How the License Works

The software is licensed per machine — one license is valid for one computer only (desktop or laptop).

If you plan to use the software on multiple machines, you will need to purchase a separate license for each device.

To activate the license on a machine:

• • Install the software.
  • Upload the LicenseRequest.txt file (generated by the software) via our website.

You may run the downloaded installation package on multiple machines. Each machine will generate its own unique LicenseRequest.txt file.
The license will be issued for the specific machine from which you upload the License Request file — so make sure you upload the file from the machine you intend to license.

The license allows unlimited users on the licensed machine. 

Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another machine after activation.

License Activation and Payment Verification

Once you upload the LicenseRequest.txt file through our website, we will verify your payment made via direct deposit.

After payment is confirmed, your license file will be sent to the email address you provided during the upload.

⚠️ Important: Once the license has been issued and emailed, no refunds can be provided.
Please ensure that you’ve selected the correct machine before uploading your License Request file, as each license is machine-specific and cannot be reused or transferred.
